Knees That Fit Your Lifestyle

Former Philadelphia police officer Harold was forced to turn in his badge after a nagging knee injury turned into chronic pain. Harold, now a Pennsylvania state representative, endured an aggravated knee for years before choosing knee replacement surgery. He first tried alternative methods to ease the pain. "I had two arthroscopic procedures," he said. "Then I was taking medication every day to help ease the pain. That just stopped the pain temporarily, but it would always come back."

After the surgery, his knee pain disappeared and Harold enjoyed a mobility he hadn't experienced in years. "The pain is gone," he said. "I'd just tell others with similar problems, don't wait so long. Period."
